Serving as construction managers for Athens Orthopedic Clinic in Athens, we ensured the transfer of quality from the design to construction. As owner representatives, we hired the architect, interior design firm, and the general contractor for the 20,000 square foot facility. The facility also included vacant lease space for future tenants.
