This can be achieved by using the design/Build process, which allows for close interaction between design and construction forces insuring that the plans being produced are within the budget. Often we are able to offer a Guaranteed Maximum Price during the preliminary stages. In addition, this service offers a business owner a single source of responsibility as well as a faster construction process.

GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE In cases where plans are available and it is desired to negotiate a price with a builder in order for the client to avail itself of the builders expertise in value engineering and expertise during the course of the development stages we offer to establish the cost of the work by managing the estimating process to obtain multiple bids from suppliers and subs then fix a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Owner gets the benefit of knowing the fixed price is achievable while having the opportunity to enjoy any savings that can be realized during the progress of the work.

COMPETITIVE BID WORK Many Owners simply must use the rigorous process of competitively bidding their work. We participate in this arena as well. We have available all the necessary ingredients to provide solid and reliable construction bids on many varied types of work.
